Key Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure smooth ERP system operations throughout the Division.

Support ERP data accuracy through validation, documentation, and ongoing integrity checks.

Evaluate system usability and propose improvements to enhance business processes.

Deliver Tier 3 technical support, facilitate end-user training, and act as a liaison between Divisional and Corporate IT teams.

Diagnose and resolve system issues, escalating complex technical challenges as needed.

Conduct data analysis and produce reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Utilize data mining techniques to extract actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Education Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related field from a recognized university or college, or equivalent experience.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required :

Required :

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., production planning, quality, supply chain, or operations).

Strong computer literacy with exposure to ERP systems, databases, and business software.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred :

At least 1 year of experience with an ERP system such as Cincom, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Familiarity with process mapping, VSM or workflow documentation.

Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, or data analysis tools.

Security Requirements :

We conduct a criminal Record Check on all new hires.

Work Conditions :

Standard hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

CSA-approved footwear, hearing protection, and eye protection are mandatory on the plant floor.

Eye and hearing protection are provided by Magellan Aerospace.
