About the role
Under the supervision of the FT&S Oracle Cloud Finance Manager, the Administrator / Product Owner will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of Oracle Cloud applications and infrastructure within our organisation. This role involves technical implementation and maintenance of security policies, managing risks and ensuring that the Oracle Cloud environments adhere to regulatory requirements and best practices.
In addition, the Administrator / Product Owner will be actively involved in the financial transformation of Intact Finance ecosystem by participating in different phases of the transformation projects, in the design & configurations of new security controls and profiles of the multiple Oracle Cloud applications, aligning with security compliance as required. The Administrator / Product owner will also have to support and collaborate with the various partners / stakeholders to ensure proper governance, monitoring and security compliance.
What you'll do here :
As part of the maintenance of cloud applications under the FT&S ownership, the Oracle Cloud Administrator / Product Owner will work closely with the Senior Product Owner and :
Acts as the guardian of the Finance Oracle Cloud tenancies and applications;
Act as a point of contact for Oracle Cloud security issues to users, partners and stakeholders, providing guidance on IAM architecture, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation;
Collaborate with internal Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC) and other cloud security teams to ensure proper configurations and maintenance of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SailPoint and SCIM integrated applications as well as Cloud Guard, SIEM integration and other cybersecurity tools in all Oracle tenants / domains necessary, ensuring secure, least-privilege access across cloud environments to reduce risk and support compliance;
Research, prototype, and test new and / or enhanced functionalities, stay updated with Oracle updates and maintain proper related documentations to reflect current solution design specifications
Discovers and proposes new ideas or designs and develop concepts to improve Oracle Cloud tools strategically;
Understands business and systems processes, as well as master the different data flows;
Collaborates with internal and external auditors on the processes and controls carried out on the applications as an administrator.
What you bring to the table :
You have a university degree or certification in business, accounting, finance, information technology or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
If you possess knowledge and experience of Oracle Cloud applications ERP & EPM and OCI, we consider this as major assets;
You have the skills to communicate and present with the ability to interact with both technical and Finance stakeholders is more than an advantage and we want you;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance and / or information technology;
You have experience with IAM and cybersecurity and Finance business concepts;
Your analytical mind and pragmatic approach to issues and problems is what we are looking for;
You have a need for self-training and are committed to training and maintaining your technical & business competencies;
We want your positive attitude and great team spirit;
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country;
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
