What We’re Looking For

Our people are our most important resource. The Systems Administrator works to support computing infrastructure and enterprise applications, which provide services to our Corporate, Call Center, QA, and Development teams as well as external clients. This role will be responsible for the design, planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and ongoing support of the client-server infrastructure, including but not limited to physical and virtualized servers, Microsoft / VMware technologies, Azure & AWS Cloud Computing Services, SSO architecture, O365 Admin, Exchange, file archiving, network file shares environment, and Microsoft licensing. The incumbent will also provide technical expertise, advice, and guidance to projects to support the growth and evolving requirements of our business. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, computer-intensive, deadline-driven environment with technical staff members of all levels.

What You’ll Do

• Performs research and analysis in server infrastructure technology to identify, propose and implement cost effective and practical technology solutions.
• Provides 2nd level of support in the designated areas.
• Performs installations and upgrades of server operating systems, system software, system patches and hot fixes as required.
• As required, provides day-to-day operational support and system administration tasks.
• Responds to assigned tickets and resolves problems in the designated technology areas.
• Ensure the security of information technology assets, data, network access, backup systems, and implement monitoring and alerting systems to verify the security of internal and external systems.
• Conducts hardware and software audits and review of server infrastructure to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for automation to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in system administration processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures for the designated technology areas.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings.
