Ideal candidates are data-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about purpose-driven business. The position offers remote work within Ontario, Canada, with occasional travel. Applicants must be legally eligible to work and reside in Ontario.

Responsibilities :
- Site Management : Maintain and implement best practices for web content aligned with brand, UX / UI, and strategy.
- Content Management : Create and update website content, including product pages, landing pages, banners, and layouts.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration : Develop and execute promotional campaigns with the Marketing team.
- Performance Optimization : Analyze website metrics and customer behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- SEO Optimization : Write SEO-friendly meta descriptions and report on SEO performance.
- Inventory & Trade Support : Coordinate with production and fulfillment to address inventory and shipping risks.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on e-commerce trends and emerging technologies, recommending strategies.
- Campaign Performance & Reporting : Collaborate on campaign strategy, execution, and tracking.
- Compliance : Adhere to Diva’s Quality Policy and B Corp standards.
