With your organization, attention to detail and communication skills, you'll train our associates to make every visit a positive experience!Your role : Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintainedOversee register coverage and store supply usageProvide refunds and monitor cash drawer amountsPerform opening and closing proceduresProvide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issuesUnderstand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising)Train and mentor new associatesOther related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothlyWhat we're looking for : 1 year of retail experience 1 year of experience in team supervisionStrong problem solving skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailsIf selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
