Les défis qui vous attendent :

Effectuer de la surveillance des travaux sur les chantiers et les suivis des échéanciers des entrepreneurs;

Assurer la qualité des matériaux;

Procéder aux inspections provisoires et finales des travaux;

Compléter les rapports journaliers;

Assurer les suivis auprès des chargés de projets;

Procéder à la mise en service des équipements et procédés;

Préparer les directives de chantier et faire la validation des décomptes des entrepreneurs;

Assister aux réunions de chantier.

Détenir un DEC en génie civil ou toute autre discipline jugée pertinente;

Avoir un minimum de 3 années d’expérience pertinente;

Formation en surveillance de chantier génie civil (infrastructure / civil);

Connaissance des cahiers de charges et procédures de la ville de Montréal;

Connaissance des normes du MTQ ainsi que le BNQ

Détenir la Carte ASP Construction;

Bonne maîtrise du français tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;

Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule;

Aime travailler à l’extérieur (été comme hiver);

Capacité à travailler de longues heures sur le chantier.
