This isn’t just another warehouse gig; it’s a fast-paced, high-precision role where your skills are the star of the show. If you’ve got the certification and the grit to handle a freezer environment, we want to talk to you today.

The Role: Reach Truck Operator (High Reach)

The Vibe: Fast, focused, and rewarding.

The Pay: $24.50/hour (Solid pay for solid work).

The Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.

Beat the traffic, finish early, and still have your entire afternoon to yourself!

The Future: This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity. We aren't just looking for a temp; we’re looking for a long-term teammate.

Responsibilities
Precision Operation: Expertly handle a narrow-aisle reach truck to stack, move, and relocate products within our high-bay racking system.
Inventory Flow: Manage order picking, put-away, and replenishment of palletized goods with accuracy and efficiency.
The Environment: Work consistently and comfortably in our cold storage facility, maintained at -18°C (we provide the environment, you bring the focus).
Tech Integration: Use RF scanners to track inventory in real-time, ensuring our records are as accurate as your driving.
Safety & Maintenance: Start every shift with a thorough equipment inspection and strictly follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and your teammates protected.
Workspace Ownership: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area at all times.

Qualifications
-Certification: Must possess a valid certification for Reach Truck (Class 2).
-Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on experience operating a high reach truck is required.
-Environment: Must be able and comfortable working for the entire shift in a freezer at -18 degrees Celsius.
-Availability: Must be able to start work immediately
-Safety Gear: Must own a pair of CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots. (Client will provide all necessary freezer gear, including a suit and gloves).
-Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent safety record, and a reliable work ethic.
