SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Business Support Specialist, WMS Key User to provide comprehensive technical support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supporting applications. This role will also encompass EDI support, change management, testing, and project support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing efforts, manage system changes, and contribute to project work, all while ensuring smooth integration of technologies at the site level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
WMS & Application Support :
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-level technical issues related to WMS and supporting applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, including application errors, system performance problems, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of WMS and related systems, escalating issues as necessary to internal or external support teams.
