Job descriptionImprove reporting and KPIs with advanced data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) Work with large datasets to develop insights that support smarter planning decisions Provide technical support for data-related tasks, including light programming or scripting as needed Collaborate with supply chain leadership, inventory planning, procurement, finance and IT to align on project goals and delivery Lead change management initiatives within the supply chain and inventory planning functions, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and organizational changes through clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and training. Contribute to other supply chain improvement initiatives as required 5+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain analytics, within a retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing and distribution environment Post secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Technology or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Professional designation (e.g., APICS / CSCP, CPIM, or SCMP) is considered an asset.
