Job descriptionWork directly with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements operational challenges and data inputs Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support supply chain strategy network design and facility design initiatives Develop innovative customized cost-effective and practical supply chain solutions Support the design of distribution centers and production logistics including layout concepts process flows and material handling strategies Prepare clear structured client deliverables and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations effectively Contribute to workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders Build strong working relationships through professional communication and reliable project execution Support team members in managing client expectations and timelines Work collaboratively with cross-functional and international Miebach teams Contribute to internal knowledge sharing tools and methodology development Bachelors and Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or Operations Management 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting 6 months of international field experience Working experiences in the following functions : network optimization warehouse design transportation optimization logistics automation and material handling equipment General Advance English basic French Analytics : Supply Chain Planning & Operational Tool Development : Expertise in applying software engineering practices (i.e. APIs data pipeline automation model and analysis automation relational database schema design etc.) to supply chain consulting deliverables Familiarity with the following toolkits : JavaScript SQL React Django Docker Redis Supply Chain Modeling : Experience building simulation models for manufacturing and logistics operations Candidate must be proficient in the following software : Simulation software : Simio and Siemens PlantSim App development : Mendix Azure Apps A challenging consulting role with high-impact projects for leading global companies Structured career development and clear progression paths International training programs and knowledge exchange within the Miebach network Competitive compensation and benefits package including health coverage and paid time off Flexible working arrangements depending on location A collaborative entrepreneurial and non-hierarchical working environment
