Our client is an established and well-respected Fraser Valley-based real estate developer. Since inception in the early 2000s, thepany has established a reputation synonymous with craftsmanship, collaboration andmunity. The team develops residential, office / industrial andmercial properties across the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver. The portfolio includes a variety of market, rental and ie-producing properties. Thepany has a considerable project inventory with over 1700 units at various stages of the development cycle. Your new role

You will be focused on the construction and execution of wood-frame multifamily projects. Your first project will be a 100-unit, 6-story multifamily project located in Abbotsford that will bemencing soon. There are otherparable projects under development that will follow. The intention is to hire a capable person that can execute projects to a high standard. We would like to hire an experienced leader that can drive a project forward efficiently. We also require someone that would enjoy transferring their knowledge and helping to develop and mentor a small site team. The role will entail working closely with a motivated and passionate group of people that truly care about the work they do.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must be a proactive individual with excellentmunication skills and a high level of initiative. Candidates for consideration should have 10+ years of relevant local industry experience. It is essential that candidates have experience managing wood-frame multifamily residential projects ofparable scale. This should include overseeing bulk excavation, shoring and parkade construction. People from both a General Contractor and Developer / Builder background will be considered. We require someone that takes pride in forging and maintaining positive relationships with trades.

What you'll get in return

In exchange for your hard work andmitment, you will earn an attractivepensation package including an attractive base salary of $140,000 - $160,000, vehicle allowance, generous bonus / profit sharing, and benefits. You will join a tight-knit team of high performers who inspire each other to grow.
