We are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Summer Student) to join our SPARK Summer Student Program at BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in the Atlantic region (NS and NB) on a FT Contractual Basis from May-September.

What the Role Entails :

Ensure the needs of customers are being met through superior customer service

Answer phones and directing client inquiries

Control the flow of walk-in customers

Monitor and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, emails, and couriers

Process customer payments, bank deposits, petty cash management and account coding

Accurate data entry, scan and review incoming paperwork

Maintain office inventory and order supplies

Computer skills - Keyboarding and MS Office

Strong customer focus

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
