Norfolk Student Painting is a painting contracting business in the Norfolk County area that is dedicated to delivering painting and staining services with passion and integrity.
We are looking for HARD WORKING and DEDICATED young adults to take on a role as a Full-Time Production Manager for the upcoming 2025 summer (Start of May-End August).
Production managers are responsible for a large amount of the business' day-to-day operations and managing production staff.
- This position has minor part-time requirements prior to the summer.
- While no formal post-secondary education or work experience is required, experience managing others is considered an asset.

Pay Structure
They will receive a commission based percentage for each crew they manage.
The commission will increase as they take on more crews throughout the summer.
Full Position Details
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes.
Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution.
Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience.
Schedule painters into shifts, optimizing manpower to meet project timelines.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
