What is the opportunity?
This position requires your client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to maximize client interactions. You will assist clients with their banking needs, add value as an RBC ambassador, and collaborate with partners to help clients achieve their goals. Responsibilities include demonstrating digital banking, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all contributing to memorable client experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty.
What will you do?
- Engage proactively with clients in branches and community, uncover banking needs, and identify sales opportunities
- Focus on client education using technology to enhance experience, drive sales, and retain business
- Respond to client inquiries, assisting with financial transactions
- Listen actively to understand client needs
- Resolve and prevent banking problems proactively
- Maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals
