As a student hired for the summer season, you will follow up with our clients to obtain the documents required to complete various steps in their files. You will be responsible for entering data to track the progress of each stage of a file. You will also assist with opening mail. You will handle certain communications with our partners, either by phone or by email, and provide exceptional customer service. By working with several internal departments, you will ensure that clients always receive the best service possible.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
