Are you a customer service enthusiast who thrives in a team environment? Do you have a dynamic, welcoming personality and a knack for active listening? Are you known for your impeccable organizational skills and your tech-savviness? Are you ready to make an impact in the field of education?

Our client, a prestigious educational institution located in Nuns’ Island (Île-des-Soeurs), is seeking a dynamic Student Services Agent for a one-year mandate, with a strong potential for permanent hire.

As a cornerstone of academic success, you will be the primary point of contact for future professionals—answering their questions and ensuring their academic journey is as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a versatile role in a stimulating environment, this is the opportunity for you!

📍 Location: Nuns’ Island (On-site Mon–Thu, Remote on Fridays)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (35 hours/week)
💰 Salary: $24 to $26 / hour (depending on experience)
📅 Start Date: As soon as possible

Advantages
- Long-Term Stability: A secure 1-year contract with a strong potential for a permanent position.
- Optimal Work-Life Balance: A standard 35-hour work week designed to respect your personal time.
- Flexible Hybrid Model: Enjoy the best of both worlds with 4 days on-site in Nuns' Island and Fridays working from home.
- Stress-Free Commute: Free on-site parking and excellent accessibility via public transit.
- Collaborative Culture: Join a professional, supportive environment where teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.
- Exclusive Randstad Advantages:
• Group Insurance: Access to preferential rates and discounts.
• Continuous Learning: Unlimited access to our comprehensive online training platform.
• Dedicated Support: Personalized coaching and guidance throughout your entire mission.
- Engaging Atmosphere: A role where professional challenges and daily fun go hand-in-hand!

Responsibilities
Student Support & Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear information and directing them to the appropriate specialized resources.

- Platform Administration: Oversee academic management systems, including scheduling, exam coordination, activity tracking, and user access management.
- Academic Pathway Management: Process requests regarding academic progress and streamline the registration and enrollment process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Multimodal Academic Support: Provide dedicated follow-up and academic support to students across all learning formats, including on-site, virtual, and correspondence-based programs.
- Strategic Liaison: Act as a key bridge between students, faculty, administration, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications
- Fluent Bilingualism (English & French): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential for daily interactions with students and partners located outside of Quebec.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar professional environment.
- Tech-Savviness: High digital literacy with the ability to navigate complex software systems and work efficiently within a multi-screen environment.
- Professional Excellence: A logical mindset, strong autonomy, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
- Priority Management: Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
