What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Ongoing research of the home services market to identify new product and category opportunities.
  • Generate and pilot innovative ideas to promote Reliance brand and our products.
  • Overall management of the Product Innovation process from idea generation through to launch
  • Support in the coordination of annual marketing planning and executive results reporting.
  • Lead research initiatives including but not limited to, brand awareness studies, concept testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a related Marketing field preferably in the consumer industry

  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Project management : The ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to successfully execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Data analysis : The capacity to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creativity : The ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
