We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Collections Strategy & Analytics at our LendCare subsidiary! Youwillhelp drive strategic insights and optimize performance across LendCare’s collections portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical horsepower with business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What will you be doing?

• Driving the development and refinement of collections strategies to improve recovery rates, reduce delinquencies, and boost portfolio profitability.
• Conducting in-depth portfolio performance reviews and delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Designing and executing data-driven experiments (e.g., champion / challenger tests) to evaluate and optimize treatment paths.
• Building and maintaining reporting frameworks to track strategy effectiveness and identify early warning indicators.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product to support collections initiatives.
• Analyzing structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Supporting the development of hardship or loan modification programs through segmentation analysis and policy recommendations.
• Enhancing data infrastructure and collections technology by identifying gaps and proposing analytical solutions.
• Ensuring strong data governance and consistency in how collections activities are tracked, measured, and reported.
