The CF34 / CFM56 business unit is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for establishing, monitoring and achieving strategic, operational and financial objectives of a specific customer program(s) within the business unit. The program manager fosters positive customer relationships while coordinating with the rest of the Business Unit to drive service excellence, and continually evolve our processes and tools to create more value for both the customer and StandardAero
Required Skills / Experience
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, demonstrated proficiency in developing presentations and reports with professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills – demonstrates patience, tact and empathy when working with others; values participation and feedback; uses collaborative approach
- Proactiveness, self-motivated and desire for life-long learning
- Technical & Business Acumen
- Strong combination of technical, analytical and financial skills, as demonstrated in ability to create financial analysis and models to create business cases, evaluate potential customer solutions or operational improvements to deliver more customer or business value
- Experience in aviation, aerospace required; specific experience in MRO or aviation maintenance (aircraft, engines, components, etc.) environment in a customer facing role preferred
- Commercial proficiency (e.g., contract law, accounting, regulatory, compliance and security, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical data and translate them into business models or in creating quotes, pricing, or scenario analysis
