Job Overview
The Store-in-Store Manager is a key part of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within Store-in-Store partner locations. They lead a team of Mobile Experts, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, continuously evolving with technological innovations, customer needs, and retail experiences. The manager builds and deepens customer relationships through meaningful interactions, ensuring exceptional service while meeting performance goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership : Infuse passion for customer service in Mobile Experts, manage customer flow, stay updated on products and promotions, and ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Manage store expenses, oversee overall store operations, coach team members, and lead by example in product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Sales and Customer Engagement : Engage proactively with customers, educate them about products and services, and leverage digital tools during interactions. Build and grow a sales funnel, ensuring customer data security, and be present on-site to engage in sales and service transactions.
- Account Partnership : Build strong relationships with Store-in-Store partner leadership and nearby sales teams to drive successful customer outcomes and referrals.

Pay Range
Total Target Cash Pay Range : $62,400 - $112,600, including incentives. Base Pay Range : $46,800 - $84,450. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience.
