Our client is in the Non-Profit industry and is in need of a candidate who is tech savvy, and highly experienced in MS Excel and Data Entry to assist with their Administrative needs! Candidates who are flexible, and passionate about growing their careers might find this Administrative Assistant job is just what they're looking for. The successful incumbent will work 24 - 32 hours per week, in shifts that are either 6 : 30 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m., 2 : 30 p.m. - 8 : 30 p.m., 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., including working some weekends. This is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity in the Oshawa, Ontario area, so Administrative Assistant candidates looking for that kind of arrangement are encourage to apply.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
- Perform data entry in an Excel spreadsheet
- Receive and direct visitors
- Field telephone calls
- Back various projects for other employees
