Position Summary
As a Regional Administrator (Bilingual), you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager and Clinical Network
- Greet clients for their in-person appointments and attend to the front reception / waiting area
- Answer general inquiries in-person, by phone or email
- Contact / rebook client appointments when a clinician is unexpectedly out of the office due to sickness or emergency, etc.
- Manage office inventory and order office supplies
