At Oakridge Landscape Contractors, we've been creating award-winning residential and commercial landscapes across Southern Ontario for over 30 years. We're looking for motivated Residential Construction Crew Members to join our team and help bring exceptional outdoor spaces to life.
What the role looks like: This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced professionals to build beautiful and functional landscapes for our clients.
- Build from the Ground Up: Assist projects, including excavation, grading, and site preparation.
- Stonework & Hardscaping: Install natural stone, interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
- Quality Craftsmanship: Take pride in producing high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Stay Active: Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, carrying materials, and working on your feet throughout the day.
- Outdoor Living: Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions while helping transform outdoor spaces.
What we’re looking for?:- Previous landscaping or construction experience is an asset, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work 10+ hour shifts as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
