What You’ll Do

As a Staff Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in defining technical strategy for entire product area, ensuring system health, and mentoring engineers to push boundaries in innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Own the architecture and technical vision for a designated product area, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Cross-Team Influence : Act as a trusted advisor across multiple teams, fostering collaboration and driving cross-functional technical decisions.
• Scalability & Innovation : Design and implement high-availability, low-latency distributed systems that handle millions of transactions.
• Hands-On Engineering : Guide teams in best practices, code quality, and efficient development—without being just a solo contributor.
• Process & Strategy Alignment : Ensure engineering efforts align with business priorities , providing clarity on trade-offs and risks.
• Coaching & Mentorship : Empower engineers through technical guidance, feedback, and structured mentorship to accelerate their growth.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks , drive process automation, and enhance overall developer experience .
• Communication & Transparency : Keep stakeholders informed on technical progress, challenges, and solutions while fostering a culture of openness and accountability .
