Responsibilities

We're looking for a nimble and creative Associate Producer with a strong grasp of social and creator culture and production experience that leans short-form and social-first, grounded in storytelling and production principles. You will produce organic and paid content across brand channels, leading content trends and best practices for high-performance content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You should have sharp storytelling instincts, the ability to transform client requests into engaging content, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will manage both creative and technical aspects of production, from shooting on an iPhone, directing creators, to editing in Premiere or CapCut, ensuring ideas come to life from start to finish. This is a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead content creation from concept through delivery, translating media plans, content strategies, and social trends into platform-specific technical requirements to meet KPIs.
• Create pre-production materials : shot lists, scripts, storyboards, sourcing locations and talent, curating props and wardrobe, scheduling, and preparing call sheets.
• Manage creator relationships and support production planning, including briefing, asset delivery, coordinating creators and crew, handling supply orders, and invoicing.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
• Direct talent and creators remotely and on set; assist with voiceovers and on-camera performances.
• Oversee on-site logistics with attention to detail, including coordination with crew and talent, and content capturing as needed.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Handle post-production workflows : editing, reviewing, revising, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, finance, media) and external partners (clients, creators, vendors).
• Stay updated on social platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform content strategies—living and breathing social media.
