What Y ou W ill Do
As a Stryker Sports Medicine Sales Representative you are a trusted partner inbrilliantvisualizationand unrivaled connected OR solutions. Stryker provides you with marketleading technology with a respective bag of products that allows you to dominate market share . Strykers visualization platform enables you to distinguish anatomyacross all minimally invasive procedures while providing a simple long history of innovation and constant development inadvancedimagingand OR connectivity is driven by the desire to allow you to see and do more.
Proactively collaborates with internal teams / departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
Responsible to live and exemplify Strykers Values : Integrity Accountability People and Performance
Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products
Educate and inform doctors nurses and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products
Direct product evaluations in operating rooms hospitals and office settings
May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows conventions and / or clinical meetings
Keep Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis
Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
A ssist in the training and development of sales personnel
Manag e and maintain a sample inventory of products
Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation
What You Need
Required :
Post secondary education
1-2 years of sales or clinical experience
Preferred :
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing or a degree in a h ealth related discipline science or kinesiology
3 years of sales experience
Additional Information
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations.
Must have a valid drivers license
$60000 CAD and may be eligible to earn variable commission benefits.
Travel Percentage : 30%
