Our client, a global leader in creating energy-efficient ventilation solutions for residential and commercial spaces, is looking for a Procurement Specialist. The position will be responsible for managing the procurement process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will play a crucial role in optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Source and procure materials, goods, and services required for company operations

Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors to secure advantageous terms

Manage vendor relationships and conduct vendor performance evaluations

Analyze market trends and maintain awareness of industry changes that may impact procurement strategies

Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs and develop procurement strategies

Utilize procurement systems to track orders, deliveries, and inventory levels

• Post-Secondary Education in Material Management field, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience or 10 years in manufacturing environment

Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and sourcing

Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms

Knowledge of supply chain processes and procurement best practices

Familiarity with procurement systems for efficient tracking and management of purchases

Ability to fabricate effective procurement strategies that align with company goals

Pay : $65,000.00 per year
