Aperçu du poste :

Nous recherchons un soudeur / technicien en soudage qualifié et dévoué pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat retenu sera chargé d'interpréter les spécifications du procédé de soudage, d'utiliser divers équipements de soudage et de façonnage des métaux et de s'assurer que tous les travaux répondent à des normes élevées de qualité et de sécurité.

Principales responsabilités :

Interpréter et appliquer les spécifications, les plans, les dessins et les manuels du procédé de soudage.
Utiliser des équipements de soudage manuels, semi-automatiques et entièrement automatisés.
Examiner les soudures pour s'assurer qu'elles sont conformes aux normes et spécifications de l'industrie.
Utiliser des équipements de coupage au chalumeau, des freins, des cisailles et d'autres machines de façonnage, de redressage et de pliage des métaux.
Ajuster, braser et redresser le métal au chalumeau.
Utiliser des équipements de coupage à l'arc à l'oxygène (AOC).
Déterminer la soudabilité des matériaux et recommander des techniques appropriées.
Utiliser des dispositifs de levage et de hissage équipement.
Fabriquer et réparer des pièces et des produits métalliques à l'aide de machines à souder.
Utiliser des machines de brasage ou de brasage pour coller des métaux ou combler des trous et des joints.
Démarrer, arrêter, régler et surveiller les lignes de production de soudage robotisé.

Environnement de travail :

Environnement de travail rapide et physiquement exigeant.

Tâches répétitives, avec de longues périodes en position assise ou debout.

Manipulation de charges lourdes et nécessitant une grande attention aux détails et une coordination œil-main.

Des heures supplémentaires peuvent être nécessaires pour respecter les délais.

Qualifications :

Diplôme d'études secondaires.

1 à 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en soudage.

Expérience avec Conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) et techniques de mise en forme des métaux.

Connaissance des techniques de soudage et de divers équipements de soudage.

Capacité à travailler avec une supervision minimale et à suivre les protocoles de sécurité.

Qualités personnelles :

Axé sur le client avec d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.

Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite.

Flexible, organisé et capable de travailler en équipe.

Ponctuel, travailleur et débrouillard avec le souci du détail.
