Prepare ingredients and execute dishes to recipe specifications and plating standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station at all times
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely service and quality execution
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
Assist with prep work and mise en place for upcoming services
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service to ensure efficient operations
Properly store, label, and rotate food items to minimize waste
Take direction from the Sous Chef and Head Chef and respond positively to feedback
