At Slave Lake Dental, we are dedicated to remaining at the forefront of dental technology to deliver high-quality, efficient care. Our clinic is equipped with advanced tools including digital X-rays, VELscope oral cancer screening, dental lasers, digital photography, the iTero 3D scanner for digital impressions, ApneaLink sleep testing, and much more.

Schedule: 4 - 5 days per week

Your Role:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for patients, explaining treatment plans, procedures, costs, and financing options

  • Support treatment planning by coordinating appointments and follow-ups with the dental team

  • Present treatment costs, collect payments, process insurance claims, andassistwith payment plans

  • Build strong patient relationships to encourage treatment acceptance, retention, and follow-up care

  • Maintainaccuratepatient records and ensure smooth scheduling tooptimizechair time

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality care

  • Uphold privacy, ethical, and regulatory standards in all patient interactions

About You:

  • Previousclinicalexperience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinatoris considered an asset, but not required

  • Knowledge and understanding ofdental treatment plans and ability to educate patientsis an asset

  • Experience with dental software programs is an asset

  • Strongcustomerserviceexperience
