Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed their targets.
• Implement proven sales strategies.
• Track KPIs and ensure activity targets are hit.
• Provide tools, training, and motivation for your team.
• Attend prospective customer meetings alongside your sales reps.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales operations with company goals and ensure predictable, consistent performance.
