Job descriptionAxway Secure Transport & Axway Sentinel (MFT) Experience Required to administer and assist in the cloud migration for MFT. This is a niche skillset. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of MFT, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations. Experience Axway Secure Transport and Axway Sentinel management, configuration, migration analysis; and support at the specified experience level Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals Experience with one or more communications protocols Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices Experience with middleware and gateways Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards Ability to provide user and system documentation as required Axway support and improvements (Managed File Transfer - MFT) Operating systems (AIX; Red Hat Linux; Windows Server Operating System) Cloud computing concepts and configurations Knowledge of security best practices for each listed OS and cloud configurations Knowledge of best practices for MFT configuration and hardening Interface testing and troubleshooting Firewalls Connectivity testing and troubleshooting Documentation of work done on MFT Documentation of work done on network configuration changes to allow MFT functionality between hosts Interface and system documentation Summaries of work done, statistical reporting.
