About This Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to make a significant contribution within our Partner and Operations space in the Skip Product suite. You will be a key driver in empowering our partners to achieve their business goals through innovative technology and product strategies. You will also be responsible for the strategic development of a subset of our operational tools and capabilities. Our Product and Technology teams are building globally impactful solutions that pave the way for automation and enhance the efficiency of our Customer Support advisors.

Location : Hybrid - 3 days a week from our Winnipeg or Toronto office, 2 days working from home

Reporting to : Group Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Apply system thinking to navigate complex systems effectively.
• Demonstrate user empathy combined with strategic thinking to deliver scalable, relevant solutions.
• Show initiative, ownership, and accountability for your roadmap and product domain.
• Collaborate proactively across product managers, stakeholder groups, and development squads.
• Work independently to identify impactful product opportunities with minimal guidance.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and unforeseen challenges.
