Salary : $85,000 - 125,000 per year

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering (or equivalent training)
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant programming experience in manufacturing equipment and processes
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages : C# / WPF, Python, C++, Javascript
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written, due to regular interactions with a global team
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components, document them, and assess the effort required to resolve them
• Passion for technological innovation and a constant desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Capability to analyze the impact of technological choices made
• Proven experience in application development, preferably in a robotics or automation environment
• Demonstrated experience in interfacing hardware components with applications
• Solid understanding of system architecture principles and experience in designing robust software solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities :

Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of applications for industrial production environments, collaborating closely with team members to ensure successful integration, acceptability, and implementation

Define, develop, and evolve software in an agile environment using the latest technologies and programming standards

Provide technical leadership for all software development activities

Develop and implement new technologies and programming methodologies to enhance our robotics capabilities

Actively participate in automation and the development of innovative work tools aimed at optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency

Offer technical support for existing applications by identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and quality user experience
