The Gund Company has an immediate opening at our Fergus, Ontario Canada manufacturing plant for an Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team!

Starting Annual Salary: $55,000 to $61,000 per year, based on experience

Job Summary - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Manage the Order Fulfillment Process to insure the complete satisfaction of the customer’s requirements. Manage inquiries from customers and follow established procedures to provide quotes, lead times and answers. Work closely with Estimating, Engineering, Quality and Management team resources to resolve technical or service issues.

Essential Job Responsibilities - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator

• Manage/oversee multiple customer accounts to ensure expectations are exceeded while delivering a quality experience to the customer.
• Build relationships with TGC’s customer base to fully understand the customer’s requirements, communicate them to our production team and determine our opportunities to earn additional business.
• Use the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document customer interactions, requirements, and communications.
• Provide quotes and order acknowledgements within 24 hours of request and receipt of PO. Follow up on quote status and drive home the order.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications & Competencies - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator

• Speak and read English fluently
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or in a technical customer service role is preferred

Required Experience & Education - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator

• College degree in business or equivalent training preferred.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Windows based software including Microsoft Office Applications.

Work Environment - Experienced Order Fulfillment Coordinator

The work environment is typical of most office environments; occasionally, the position will be required to be on the manufacturing floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
