Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (hospitals, retirement homes, senior centers, healthcare providers, etc.) Secure new private-pay clients through targeted outreach and strategic networking Conduct in-home consultations and client assessments as needed Represent ComForCare at events and networking activities in the community Execute and refine growth strategies customized for the Kitchener-Waterloo market Provide regular reporting on client engagement, lead generation, and activity progress In conjunction with our leadership team, develop strategic sales and marketing plans, detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals. Effectively present ComForCare Home Care marketing materials and services to referral providers, Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of recommended software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential. Participate in and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and co-workers. Manage marketing operations and assist with office operations as needed. Bonus / commission-based incentives are available based on the number of clients brought in. 3–5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services (mandatory) Strong existing network and deep knowledge of the Kitchener-Waterloo community (required) Valid driver’s license and 24 / 7 access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and business development Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet client acquisition targets A true passion for helping seniors live their best lives Professionalism, initiative, and high energy for growth

This role is best suited for individuals with strong, hands-on experience in the home care or healthcare space. Given the nature of the position, we are looking for someone who is already well-acquainted with the local market and can step in with confidence.
