We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team and help shape the creative vision and execution of our social media strategy.Job Summary : We’re on the lookout for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the charge in defining the voice and vision of our brand across social platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about both the art of storytelling and the science of data. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our social media strategy, blending creativity with data-driven insights to fuel engagement and growth.In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our community, sparking conversations and fostering a loyal, engaged audience. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new ideas, formats, and trends while leveraging analytics to fine-tune your approach for maximum impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your creativity can shine and your strategic decisions drive measurable results, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities : Art Direction : Craft, create and manage our social media content and strategy, elevating our storytelling across products and solutions.Collaborate With Partners : Collaborate with our pharmacy partners on all things creative, marketing, and content to ensure cohesive, aligned messaging and maximize the impact of partnerships and campaigns.Content Strategy Development : Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with brand objectives and market trends.Create long-term and short-term content plans, ensuring they are consistent with the brand's voice and business goals.Content Creation & Curation : Content creation, from ideation to final execution, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.Curate engaging user-generated content (UGC) and third-party content to foster community engagement and brand affinity.Social Media Management : Manage and maintain the daily social media operations, including content scheduling, community engagement, and content publishing across all social platforms.Use social media management tools (like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) for scheduling and content optimization.Content Calendar & Workflow Management : Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all channels.Analytics & Reporting : Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance data (using tools like Google Analytics, platform insights) to track engagement, growth, and ROI.Provide actionable insights and performance reports to leadership and clients, making data-driven recommendations for future content strategies.Community Engagement : Foster community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.Monitor conversations and interactions to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand advocacy.Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination : Work closely with designers, creatives, and other marketing teams to develop content that supports broader marketing initiatives and business goals.Coordinate with the paid media team to amplify organic content through strategic media buying and cross-channel campaigns.Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media best practices to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.Share insights and emerging trends with leadership to continuously identify opportunities and evolve content strategies.Content Performance Optimization : Regularly review the performance of published content and adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and outcomes.Experiment with new content formats (video, polls, stories, etc.) and tactics to drive audience growth and interaction.Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.Proven expertise with social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others, including understanding of their algorithms, functionalities, and best practices.Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and how to adapt messaging for different audiences across platforms.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a strong eye for detail and ability to craft compelling, on-brand content.Proven ability to analyze social media metrics and apply data-driven insights to improve performance and engagement.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars, campaigns, and schedules across multiple channels.Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams and external partners.Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to innovate, test new approaches, and drive continuous improvement.Benefits : Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementFriendly and collaborative work environmentHow to Apply : If you’re passionate about increasing access to healthcare across North America and want to be part of a growing team at DeliveryEase, we’d love to hear from you!
