Maintain consistent posting schedules and uphold URBA’s editorial voice. You’re the person who constantly sends reels to friends because you find them early. Strong understanding of your city’s humour, culture, references, and inside jokes. Solid instinct for what performs well and why people share certain posts. Able to create clean, polished visual posts using whichever design tools you’re already comfortable with. Clear, concise writing style with an eye for tone and timing. Reliable, organized, and able to operate independently. Experience running a community page or growing an online audience. Understanding of social analytics and trend performance. Work with a major Canadian digital platform reaching millions daily. Remote, flexible schedule. Direct impact on shaping real-time city culture and engagement.
