Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and streamlining processes, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will work closely with SalesOps, Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, and other team members to identify gaps, develop new processes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage SOWs, ensuring all details are accurately documented and aligned with project requirements.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Project Manager to :
• Organize and facilitate weekly sprint meetings to discuss deliverables, blockers, and next steps.
• Prepare pre-meeting agendas and post-meeting recaps.
• Project Management : Managing project scope, risks, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
• Project Timelines : Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Email Communication : Respond to and manage project-related emails promptly, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
