Collaborate with teammates to support shared goals and smooth showroom operations.
Requirements
Experience in consultative sales, interior design, or high-end retail / home furnishings.
Enthusiasm for home design and ability to discuss style, function, and technical details with confidence.
Dependable communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Skilled in using POS, CRM, and inventory management systems.
Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping others succeed.
