Job description

CLASSIFICATION: Ticket seller/Guest Services/Receptionist

TOTAL REQUIRED: 2 (two) Part-time

PAY RATE: $18.71 As per Collective Agreement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems
  • Reliable, attentive, and capable of learning new skills while following instructions
  • Knowledge and experience handling cash, reconciling payments, and working with payment systems
  • Able to perform effectively in high-pressure, public-facing environments
  • Self-motivated and productive with or without direct supervision
  • Effective communicator with the ability to answer phones, write emails, and manage messages
  • Professional representation of Kimberley Alpine Resort at all times
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
  • Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Interest in and knowledge of snow sports (skiing and/or snowboarding)
  • Flexible availability to meet operational needs
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems
