Working as a  Customer Service Representative- Remote you will be responsible for handling Clients, from existing and potential customers. You are directly accountable for service levels, telephone service factors and quality of calls within a team-driven and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities : Assist customers via phone, email, and text. Resolve inquiries and provide product information. Support the team in improving processes and customer satisfaction.
