Our valued defence client is seeking a Junior Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 support to clients by phone and chat
- remote. Open to candidates in Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax.
- After an initial training period during Mon-Friday business hours, the hours of work are Saturday-Tuesday from 9 : 00am-7 : 30pm EST.
