Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee our online presence, collaborate with creative talent, and manage marketing initiatives from strategy to execution. We're seeking an individual who can contribute to shaping our brand and has the potential for future leadership opportunities within the organization.  Your Key Responsibilities   Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies : Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and conversions. Leverage data-driven insights to maximize brand visibility and growth potential in the U.S. market.  Oversee Digital Campaigns and Content Creation : Lead digital marketing efforts across Google, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring cohesive messaging and high-impact content that resonates with our target audience.  Manage E-Commerce and SEO Efforts : Drive e-commerce strategy, overseeing updates to our website in collaboration with third-party partners, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer journey.  Collaborate with Product and Design Teams : Align marketing initiatives with product management to deliver relevant and visually appealing content, coordinating with teams on product launches, promotions, and market positioning.  Build and Lead a Growing Team : Oversee the Social Media Director, Photo / Video Director, and Photo / Video Editor, nurturing a collaborative environment with an open-door policy.  What You Bring to the Table   Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field.   5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, driving all aspects of e-commerce marketing functions.  A proven track record of utilizing platforms such as Shopify, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads to achieve growth.  Demonstrates leadership with a history of team building, coaching, and fostering collaborative environments that inspire shared success.  Proven history working directly with CEOs or company leadership, contributing to strategic direction, and executing marketing strategy.   Versed in and mastery of a wide range of marketing and analytical technologies, such as WordPress, Adobe InDesign, or Google Analytics.   Advanced expertise in digital marketing tools, including SEO, HTML5 for website updates, and design software like Canva, Photoshop, and Premiere.  Exceptional written and verbal communication to own interactions with key stakeholders, such as partners, clients, and subcontractors.  Nice To Haves   You have previous work experience in e-commerce and furniture space.   Why Join Us?   Here at Spaze Furniture, we believe in celebrating our team for their unmatched contributions.
