Title : Senior Business Analysts - T4 role

Location : Winnipeg, Manitoba (Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite, 3-4 days remote)

Duration : 8 Months (possible multiple extensions)

REQUIREMENT : Scope of work :

At UM, our Project Management methodology is PRINCE2, and our Solution Development methodology is Solution Architecture-Driven. Prior experience working with Solution Architects in a collaborative way is required. The Senior Business Analyst works along with the Solution Architect and Project Manager to form the Project Leadership team. All three roles are equal and have separate roles and responsibilities.

Work Experience and Technical Requirement :

• 10+ years of experience and responsibility for all aspects of business analysis, including but not limited to the creation and management of project deliverables such as the business requirements documentation (BRD), process mapping, gap analysis (including current state and future state documentation), stakeholder analysis, and weekly progress / status reports.
• 10+ years of experience facilitating workshops with varied stakeholders.
• Experience working in a Higher Education environment.
• Experience in information technology related projects.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (ex. Prosci) is needed.
• Experience with senior executive and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with project management software (ex. MS-Project desktop, MS Project Online).
• Proficient in the use of MS Office productivity tools (ex. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient in the use of MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience with diagramming software (ex. MS Visio).
