Customer Success Manager Atlantic | Gestionnaire de la Russite des clients - Rgion Atlantique

Esri Canada has a new position based out of our Halifax or Fredericton office for a Customer Success Manager, with a focus on customers in the Atlantic Region. The success of our customers is central to our growth, and we aim to act as trusted partners with our clients and help them get the best out of their investment in GIS.

As an energetic and driven professional you're able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that they are being met by our solutions. In this role you are able to take on a customer advocate position to ensure open lines of communication are in place to achieve the desired outcomes. Through this process you drive adoption and identify additional opportunities to achieve success for both the customer and Esri Canada.

Responsibilities include :

  • Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with assigned customers to drive strategic value.
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, key performance indicators, and aid the customer in achieving their goals and overall vision through development of a customer success strategy, including a multi-year roadmap.
  • Identify and recommend the best use of GIS and locational intelligence within an organization to promote customer success and a ROI from their investment in Esri solutions.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge.
  • Support the account teams in the documentation of account plans for customers detailing recommended short, medium- and long-term strategies with action plans, and in preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals including value reports.
  • Identify and support the sale of professional services and / or training when these contribute to the customers' success.
  • Assist in identifying and supporting the resolution of problems or issues, and work with the appropriate Esri Canada teams to mitigate and / or resolve them.
  • Working with professional services managers and project managers to help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budgeted costs and to the agreed scope.
  • Maintain customer and market intelligence in Salesforce as required.
  • Actively promoting client successes through coordination of community building events and social selling activities.

Specific skill requirements :

  • University Degree and or College Diploma
  • Seven or more years of experience working with government, and / or GIS software company in a sales, consulting or operations role.
  • Sound understanding of the use of GIS in government.
  • Experience developing business relationships with customers.
  • A broad range of transferable IT experience / knowledge to support engagements with customers.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Esri's product suite with the ability to continuously expand that knowledge, assess customer business needs, and effectively align appropriate Esri tools and solutions to address those needs and identify new opportunities.

  • Strategically astute, with an ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, understand impacts and communicate actionable insights through strategic success plans.
  • Excellent customer-facing and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and to assist in the proposal of GIS and location intelligence-based solutions.
  • Ability to write and present compelling customer strategies and sales propositions.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Effective collaborator with Esri Canada teams to deliver on customer requirements and ensure successful outcomes.

    La ou le gestionnaire de la russite des clients devra mener bien les tches suivantes :

  • tablir une relation de conseil stratgique de confiance avec les clients confis ses soins afin de gnrer une valeur stratgique.
  • Collaborer avec le client pour dfinir des objectifs essentiels ainsi que des indicateurs de rendement cls et laborer une stratgie de russite axe sur le client, y compris une feuille de route pluriannuelle, afin d'aider celui-ci atteindre ses objectifs et concrtiser sa vision globale.
  • tablir la meilleure utilisation des SIG et de l'intelligence de localisation au sein d'une organisation et formuler des recommandations afin de promouvoir le succs des clients et le rendement de leur investissement dans les solutions d'Esri.
  • Dvelopper et maintenir les connaissances sur les produits.
  • Soutenir les quipes responsables des comptes dans la documentation des plans de compte pour les clients, en dtaillant les stratgies recommandes court, moyen et long terme avec des plans d'action, ainsi que dans la prparation et la prsentation de propositions de vente convaincantes, y compris des rapports de valeur.
  • Dterminer les services professionnels ou des formations qui contribuent au succs des clients et en soutenir la vente.
  • Aider relever les problmes et contribuer, de concert avec les quipes appropries d'Esri Canada, les attnuer ou les rsoudre.
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de services professionnels et les gestionnaires de projets pour veiller ce que les projets soient livrs dans les dlais, dans la limite du budget tabli et dans le respect du champ d'application convenu.
  • Tenir jour les informations sur les clients et le march dans Salesforce selon les besoins.
  • Promouvoir activement les succs des clients en coordonnant des activits de vente sociale et des vnements visant renforcer la communaut.
  • Formation, exprience et aptitudes ncessaires

  • Diplme universitaire ou collgial.
  • Au moins sept ans d'exprience de travail auprs de gouvernements ou d'entreprises de logiciels SIG dans un rle de vente, de conseil ou d'exploitation.
  • Bonne comprhension de l'utilisation des SIG dans les administrations publiques.
  • Exprience dans le dveloppement de relations commerciales avec les clients.
  • Un large ventail d'expriences et de comptences transfrables dans le domaine des technologies de l'information afin d'appuyer les engagements auprs des clients.
  • Comprhension avre de la gamme de produits d'Esri avec la capacit d'largir continuellement ses connaissances, d'valuer les besoins commerciaux des clients et d'aligner efficacement les outils et solutions d'Esri appropris pour rpondre ces besoins et dfinir de nouvelles opportunits.
  • Les comptences suivantes sont essentielles pour ce poste :

  • Capacit faire preuve de stratgie ainsi qu' dterminer les possibilits, valuer les risques, comprendre les rpercussions et communiquer des informations exploitables au moyen de plans de russite stratgiques.
