About the Opportunity

Managing the daily cash balances to ensure that the Bank’s cash flow is adequate to operate efficiently, make prudent cash flow forecasts, ensure that customer payments are applied accurately and timely to aging and the vendor bills are paid promptly and within vendor terms.

Manage a team of approximately 10 finance professionals

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Oversee the month-end close process

Implement and maintain financial systems and technology.

Identify and implement process improvements

Collaborate with other departments

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making

Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

About You

7-10 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the IT industry or a related field

Experience with oversight of treasury as at least a part of their role (cash management, etc.)

Previous people management experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary

150,000 to $165,000 / year
