We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative, fast-growing company in the renewable energy and data analytics sector , now part of a reputable Canadian holding group. Based in Montreal’s Old Port , this is a newly created position for a full-time Business Development Representative to focus on the U.S. market , especially targeting wind, solar, and airport operations.
This is an opportunity to be part of a lean and entrepreneurial team with a startup mindset and a results-driven culture. The ideal candidate is a sales-driven “hunter” who thrives in outbound prospecting and building lasting B2B relationships.
What You’ll Do :
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new leads (primarily in the U.S.)
Conduct high-volume outreach (cold calling, email, networking) to build your pipeline
Pitch SaaS solutions tailored to client needs in renewable energy
Own your book of business and help build sales processes from the ground up
Travel occasionally to industry tradeshows or client meetings in North America
Collaborate with a small, agile team and contribute to a culture of innovation
What You Bring :
2–5 years of experience in business development or B2B SaaS sales
A proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
Strong presentation & communication skills – English fluency is essential
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and results-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
Knowledge of the renewable energy or aviation industry is an asset
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Spanish proficiency is a plus
