Job descriptionAnalyze and interpret complex and large-scale data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Leverage machine learning and AI to enhance processes, including algorithm development and data processing and management. Develop and implement descriptive and predictive analytics models to support business objectives and strategic initiatives. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models. Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics models and recommend improvements. Inform technology architecture and strategy to enhance data capabilities and improve end-user products. Effectively communicate data insights and findings through clear written reports and compelling oral presentations to diverse stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience : Proven experience working with very large data sets and employing both descriptive and predictive analytics techniques. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. Strong understanding of data science AI applications and use. Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Mulesoft, SSIS or equivalent. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in a remote setting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
