21FSP is seeking a senior level consultant to augment its high-performance team and help meet a dynamic growth curve. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be involved in a diverse range of projects that reside in the nexus of economic and social development.

Responsibilities :

• Manage complex consulting projects involving socio-economic impact analysis, team work on strategic planning, feasibility assessments, organizational reviews and navigation services for clients advancing large projects.
• Analyze research findings and synthesize them into clear written summaries enriched with visually appealing infographics.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations, executive briefings, interactive dashboards, and data visualizations for clients.
• Support the design and execution of research activities such as survey design and deployment.
• Contribute to strategic insights and recommendations that guide clients in addressing key challenges often using a future casting lens.
• Work independently while also contributing to a strong team ethos.
